Tubeless Ready

Our casing construction is robust and resistant to impacts and the penetration of foreign objects. The result: versatility, reduced weight, and an attractive design. Furthermore, tires manufactured using this technology can also be used tubeless or with an inner tube.

BlackChili

With our Black Chili compound, a tread compound that always relies on the latest knowledge in polymers and raw material research, we have provided the cycling industry with a sustainable solution. Depending on the tire application, we adapt the compound formulation to the specific discipline – for road or mountain biking, time trials or downhill.

How does it work? For Black Chili, we refine special synthetic rubbers with tried-and-tested natural rubber to create high-performance tread compounds. To these compounds, we then add soot particles, whose shape and surface properties are optimized.
