Free shipping on orders over $149 before tax in Canada

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post or other major Canadian carriers. Shipping is free across Canada on orders of $149 or more before tax, bicycles excluded.

For orders under $149 before tax, a standard shipping fee of $14.99 applies. Some heavy or oversized items may incur an additional surcharge — check your cart for an estimate.

Bicycles: bikes purchased online and shipped to your door are sent in a box, unassembled. To receive an assembled bike, select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 72 hours of receipt. Canada Post pickups also occur Monday through Friday.

Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Holiday season (December 1 – January 20) and statutory holidays: allow for additional delays due to higher volume.

In-Store Pickup

Come by the shop to pick up your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for preparation. You will receive a phone call once your order is ready.

  • Bring a copy of your invoice at pickup.
  • Bring the credit card used for payment.
  • A government-issued photo ID is required.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order before it is processed, contact us as soon as possible:

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will issue a full refund within 60 days of purchase. The item must be in new condition and accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Returns of underwear and bib shorts are accepted in-store only, subject to certain conditions.
  • No returns on bicycles or bicycle frames.

Price Policy

If the price of an item you purchased from us is reduced, we will credit you the difference as a gift card. The request must be made within 10 days of the original purchase.

Special promotions apply only to in-stock items. Any item not in inventory is sold at regular price unless otherwise stated.
