The clarifications

How much work needs to be done on your bike? Would a tune-up be enough? Do the cables and housing need replacing? When will the bike be ready? What condition are the headset and bottom bracket bearings in? etc...

These are many questions that are difficult to answer without having the bike in hand; it is also difficult to estimate in advance when a part will wear out because it depends too much on the use and the user.

You can bring your bike to the store for an inspection at a cost of $25. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards the cost of repairs. An appointment is strongly recommended to ensure priority service during peak season. Once the inspection is complete (approximately 10-15 minutes), you will know when your bike will be ready and the cost. Then, there are two possibilities:

  • You leave your bike at the shop until the day of the repair
  • You come to drop off your bike the day before the repair day

The best times of year to have your bike serviced annually are in the autumn or winter. Once you've decided your season is over, bring your bike to our workshop. This way, the delivery date won't be such a big obstacle to your season, and your bike will be ready when the warmer weather returns.

If you are using a training base during the winter, it is advisable to bring your bike in before the end of winter to avoid the early spring rush.
