The name Studio Cycle Maglia Rosa came about during a friendly get-together over coffee, chatting about anything and everything. Maglia rosa means pink jersey in Italian, symbolizing the Giro d'Italia victory. Pink was a color not used by any club or team in Quebec, perfect!

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly bike technician to complete our awesome team!
What you will do
- Repairing, maintaining and preparing our customers' bicycles;
- Assembling custom and personalized bicycles;
- Advising customers on available bicycles and accessories;
- Manage the workshop and inventory of parts of all categories, according to the shop's standard;
- Manage repair orders and customer service follow-up;
- Send the orders to the different suppliers;
- Supervise and control the quality of work of junior technicians;
What we are looking for
- A smiling mechanic with a good sense of humor;
- Knowledge of Lightspeed (an asset);
- Positioning experience (a major asset);
- Having extensive knowledge of road components is an asset;
- Passionate, meticulous, resourceful, independent and possessing a positive attitude;
- You must have a desire to do a good job and be motivated by customer satisfaction;
- Willingness to learn;
- Be empathetic towards customers;
- You must like dogs, coffee, and beer!
