About us

Studio Cycle Maglia Rosa was born of a friendly conversation over coffee, where everything and nothing of consequence was discussed. In Italian, “maglia rosa” means pink jersey - notably the jersey that the winner of the Giro d'Italia earns. As it turns out, there also weren’t any clubs in Québec that used pink on their jerseys either, so everything worked out perfectly!

Job Description :

What you’ll do:
*Repair, prepare, and maintain our customers’ bikes *Assemble custom-order bikes
*Advise customers regarding bikes and accessories
*Participate in workshop parts/components management, as per store standards
*Manage repair tickets and follow-up with customers
*Place orders with various suppliers
*Supervise and provide quality control for junior bike mechanics

What we’re looking for:
* A cheerful bike mechanic with a good sense of humour
*Excellent knowledge of road components
*Passionate, positive, detail-oriented, independent, hard workers
*Someone who strives to provide a job that’s well done, and who is motivated by customer satisfaction
*Openness and a desire to learn
*Empathetic towards customers
*Must like dogs, coffee, and beer
*Knowledge of Lightspeed (an asset)
*Experience with bike fitting (a significant asset)
