The ARKEL Dauphin 32 panniers for cycling share many of the features of the Dauphin 48, in a smaller size. They include the Interloc® opening, the spacious main compartment, side mesh pockets, and an open front pocket with a drain at the bottom for your rain jacket. These features weren't compatible with waterproof bags… until now!
