THE EVERYDAY BIKE FOR ESCAPE

The Soloist. A name steeped in Cervélo's history, instantly evoking memories for cycling enthusiasts, especially those who have followed the sport since the early 2000s. This iconic bike was the tool of choice for top World Tour riders on the CSC and Cervélo Test Teams. Today, Cervélo is bringing it back to life.

The new Soloist is aimed at cyclists who, week after week, are looking for a single bike capable of meeting all their performance demands. Designed to offer an optimal balance between lightness and aerodynamics , it sits between the S5 and R5 models: slightly lighter than the S5, but significantly more aerodynamic than the R5. It also adopts the threaded bottom bracket , already used on the R5-CX, for increased reliability and ease of maintenance.

Designed as a true all-round racing bike, the Soloist is compatible with mechanical and electronic drivetrains, durable for long training rides in all conditions, but also capable of taking the lead at the decisive moment.

This is the Soloist.

LOOKS LIKE A RACING BIKE, RIDES LIKE A RACING BIKE

The Soloist's geometry is directly inspired by the R5. The R5 is prized by pros and amateurs alike for its balance, stability, and precision when a tough climb turns into an even tougher descent. The Soloist benefits from Cervélo's years of experience developing race bike geometry, ensuring it's ready to take on any starting line.

FAST AS THE S5, LIGHT AS THE R5

The Soloist sits squarely between the S5 and the R5 in our performance range, while being priced closer to amateur cycling than the World Tour circuit. It's lighter than the S5 but faster than the R5. It's an ideal compromise for those looking for a bike that can climb as well as sprint.

Sheltered from the wind, without having to perform a purge

The cables and hoses are fully integrated within the frame to optimize aerodynamics, while avoiding routing through the stem. Cervélo has developed a specific system that routes all the cables under the stem and then through the headset. This design allows you to replace or adjust the stem without having to bleed the brakes—a practical solution, whether you're adjusting your riding position or lending the bike to a friend.

UNLIMITED CLEARANCE

The Soloist is compatible with tires up to 34 mm (measured) and wheels wide enough to support them.

BBRIGHT-47

The BBRighT-47 bottom bracket, which first appeared on the R5-CX, is ideal for those who rack up the miles but don't have a professional mechanic to check their bike daily. The goal: easy replacement and extended frame life.
